What Is The Manufacturing Process Of Castellation PCB?
The manufacturing process of Castellation PCB is a delicate process that needs to be followed accordingly. To manufacture a castellated PCB the following steps are carried out.
- First, drilling in the edge of the substrate plate. Drilling hole in plate side.
- Plating through holes and shaping a copper layer on the different walls of the plated edge hole.
- Exterior layer image, next exposing, developing, the second copper plating, then tin plating. In tin plating covering the holes’ wall with a layer of anti-corrosion tin.
