Remove excess layers
The excess copper on the compressor board is removed by using a chemical solution. When this is finished, inspect the board and make sure it is correctly aligned. An optical punch machine is used for the alignment.

This process involves plating the board with a thin copper and layering it with tin materials. This helps to protect the outward layers of the board.
Etch the Board
Etch the board to remove any excess copper. From here, you apply a solder mask with epoxy film to give the board a green color. The board then goes through a curing and coating process. A required surface finish is applied on the compressor PCB.
