What Is The Lamination Process Of Dupont PCB?
Dupont Printed Circuit Board has a layer of Dupont laminates. Which is fabricated by the general Dupont lamination process across solder mask, substrate, and silkscreen. This process has the following steps-
- First, wash the PCB panels. The corrosion, dry film stripping, dry film, anti-foam residues, and even fingerprints are removed in this washing process.

- The stack-up layers and prepreg are subjected to high pressure and temperature. Where pressure can be over 180 tons/square meter. - After going through high temperatures and pressure, the layers are kept in a cold press system. Then placed under an X-ray machine to unmold them.
