PCBMay’s Visit to South Korea to Meet with Customers

From September 12 to 17, 2026, two PCBMay sales representatives visited South Korea to visit five customers and strengthen existing relationships. Through in-depth, face-to-face discussions, our team gained a deeper understanding of their needs, reviewed previous cooperation, and explored opportunities for future collaboration.

Understanding Commercial and Delivery Expectations

One customer emphasized that competitive pricing, suitable commercial terms, and dependable lead times are important when choosing a PCB supplier. While acknowledging the pressure of rising material costs, the customer encouraged PCBMay to improve its overall competitiveness and service. The customer also expressed an intention to continue sharing inquiries, keeping opportunities for further cooperation open. In response, our team will actively adjust our pricing, commercial terms, and services to better meet the customer’s needs. We will also review each request carefully and communicate manufacturing feasibility clearly before accepting new requirements.

Exploring Earlier Technical Support and Better Supply Planning

Another customer focused on the need for closer coordination during the early stages of product development. The discussion highlighted differences in engineering workflows and the importance of receiving technical input at the right time. Material availability, pricing, and production planning were also key concerns. The customer expressed interest in further cooperation while identifying areas that needed improvement. PCBMay agreed to evaluate the feasibility of earlier engineering involvement, review pricing against the customer’s expectations, and follow up on material availability. Both teams also discussed sharing production forecasts earlier to support more effective purchasing and delivery planning.

Turning Feedback into Practical Improvements

These discussions reinforced the importance of combining manufacturing expertise with responsive, well-coordinated service. PCBMay will use the feedback to guide internal reviews across sales, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams. Our priorities include clearer technical responses, careful assessment of customer requirements, and earlier communication about material or delivery constraints. We will also work to identify opportunities for cost improvement while maintaining attention to quality. By following up on open questions and providing realistic commitments, we aim to make cooperation easier to plan and more dependable for our customers.

We appreciate the time and candid feedback shared by our South Korean customers during this visit. Looking ahead, we welcome more opportunities to meet customers around the world, exchange ideas, and deepen cooperation through better understanding, consistent follow-up, and continued service improvement.
